By Alex King (St.Louis, MO)-Tune in Saturday afternoon at 12:50CT as the Webster University Women’s and Men’s Basketball Teams take on the Greenville Panthers. Both teams will be looking to get one step closer to sealing their positions in the St. Louis Intercollegiate Athletics Conference Tournament.
The women’s game tips off at 1:00 as Webster will look to keep the inside track on getting into the conference tournament. The Gorloks 14-9 (9-5) need to win their last two regular season games to maintain their position as the fourth and final seed in the tournament. Greenville 13-9 (7-7) needs to win out and get some help to make it in to the tournament.
The men’s game will begin at 3:00 with the Gorloks 16-6 (11-3) needing to win out to host the conference tournament after losing to Westminster, Wednesday night. Greenville 12-10 (8-6) needs a win to lock its position as the fourth seed with Splading not being able to participate in the tournament.
Pregame coverage will begin at 12:50CT on The Galaxy followed by tip-off of the first game at 1:00.
